Cheese Ball
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter or margarine
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 cup shredded Colby cheese
Chopped pecans
Mix together cream cheese and butter or margarine. Add garlic salt and shredded
colby cheese. Work together and form ball. Roll in pecans. Refrigerate at least
2 hours before serving.
