Cajun Pork Chops
4 boneless pork loin chops 1 inch thick
4 clove garlic, cut in half
1 Tbs Hungarian paprika
1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
1 tsp sage, crumbled
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
1 Tbs plus 1 tsp. butter
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil

Rub both sides of pork chops with garlic. Combine next 5 ingredients in a bowl. Press seasoning mixture into pork chops with hands to adhere. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over high heat. When butter just begins to turn golden,add olive oil, add pork chops. Reduce heat to medium and saute 8-10 minutes, turning chops frequently, until dark brown on the outside and cooked throughout.
