Burgundy Pie
From Bull’s Eye Country Club, Wisconsin Rapids, WI
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
dash salt
1-1/2 c. cranberries
2 c. fresh (or frozen with no sugar) blueberries
Pastry for 2 crust pie

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir into mixed berries. Spread into pastry-lined pie pan. Adjust and flute top crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour.
