Brandied Chicken
2 1/2 lb Chicken cut for frying

2 1/2 lb Boned chicken breasts
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1/4 c Butter
1 c Heavy cream
3 oz Brandy
1 tb Curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley
Paprika
Sauté chicken and garlic in butter. Transfer, with juices, to a casserole.
Mix cream, brandy, curry powder, salt and pepper and pour over chicken. cover
and bake 35-40 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
Makes 4 servings.
