Baked Halibut 1
Ingredients:
Smoked Tillamook Cheese, grated
Cheezit crackers, ground real fine
Eggs, well beaten.
Mayonnaise.
Mix cheese and crackers together.
Mix eggs and mayonnaise together.
Cut the filet of halibut into strips about 1/2 inch thick. The length depends on
the size of serving portions you want.
Dip the halibut in the egg and mayonnaise mixture, coating the whole piece.
Then roll in cracker/cheese mixture, coating it.
Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 400° about 15 minutes or until done.
