Awesome Crock-Pot Chicken Tacos
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg. taco seasoning (mild or spicy, your choice)
1 cup chicken broth
Add all to CP, cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Just before serving, use 2 forks
to shred the meat and stir it with the juices. Serve on flour tortillas or taco
shells. Garnish with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar & jack cheeses, sour
cream -- your choice! Serves a family of 4. Recipe may be doubled with same
results. Enjoy!
