Apricot Glazed Chicken
Ingredients:
1 Envelope onion soup mix
1 small bottle Russian dressing
1 small jar apricot preserves
4 or so chicken breasts (I use frozen)
Mix the first three ingredients together in a bowl--it will be pretty thick
Add to chicken in crockpot, and cook on low about 6 hours.
Serve over rice or noodles. THIS IS SOOOO YUMMy
