Easter when Tommy was little.
I didn't want him to think every holiday meant candy but I didn't want to cheat him of that experience either. I would buy tons of candy and the excess would be stored in big coffee cans. Unfortunately, I couldn't keep Big Toms friends out of the tins or our of the kids candy.
I did hit on this idea of buying him toys to hide around so he would think the Easter bunny brought them.
Now he tells me I killed Santa and the Easter Bunny for him. I often wonder what he'll do if he ever has little ones of his own.
Some of his other toys he's left outside.
